Reservations and Deposits: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. $150.00 or $200.00-depending on the dates reserved. This deposit guarantees the entire period reserved and will be credited to your account at the end of your stay. We regret that we cannot credit deposits on early departures.

Visitors: To protect the rights of our Guests we regret that we are not able to allow visitors to park or use hotel facilities at the PV Inn.

Cancellations: All deposits regardless of notice of cancellation are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. A refund of deposits paid will be made provided that cancellation occurs at least ten days before scheduled arrival. If cancellation occurs less than ten days and before two days of scheduled arrival you will receive a credit voucher (less $25.00). Deposits are forfeited on cancellations two days or less prior to arrival. A change in arrival date or decrease in the number of nights booked is subject to the cancellation policy.

Check in/Check out: Check in begins at 1:00PM; however, rooms are not guaranteed ready for occupancy until 5:00PM. Check Out is promptly at 11:00AM. All rooms include cable TV, private baths, heat and air conditioning. Room size, amenities, bedding and view determine their pricing category. Some rooms are equipped with microwaves, refrigerators and wet bars (utensils are not provided).

The Facilities: There are two ocean view restaurants, heated outdoor pool, sauna, bar, gift shop on the premises. Sorry we do not accept any pets.
